Training

A typical training session would consist of a warmup, a few basic movement exercises, then drilling techniques or postures and then finally 'rolling' (which is trying the techniques out on a partner.)

People train at the club for all sorts of reasons; be it fitness, making new friends, learning self defense or improving themselves. A few take their practice of Brazillian Jiu Jitsu further by competing in the ring, to prove these techniques really work. Of course, this is entirely a personal choice and certainly isn't for everyone.

Take it from us that there's more than enough to keep you occupied and learning if you don't feel like competing!
